About North West Air Ambulance
The North West Air Ambulance Charity’s helicopters and HEMS response vehicles operate 365 days a year and last year attended over 2500 incidents. Our crew delivers enhanced pre-hospital care to the most critically ill and injured, and transports patients to the most appropriate hospital to achieve the best outcomes. We receive no government or NHS funding and must raise over £12 million to keep us operational. It’s only thanks to the generosity of people like you that we can continue flying to save lives.
